A platform that turns each diaspora member's reason for reconnecting into a clear, personalised route home.
The challenge
Nigerians abroad who want to relocate, invest, or support family face scattered information and unvetted intermediaries, with no structured entry point back into the country.
What we did
- Modelled six intent paths — relocation, investment, business, family support, work and exploration — as the primary navigation.
- Organised members into hubs across all 36 states so connections are local, not generic.
- Added vetted-partner listings, virtual office and membership tooling to make re-engagement practical.
- Kept the interface calm and trust-forward, since the audience is making high-stakes decisions from abroad.
The outcome
A single structured destination where diaspora members can self-select a path, find state-level community, and act through vetted partners instead of guesswork.
