The challenge
In underserved communities, cancer is detected late. Patients have nowhere confidential to raise early symptoms, and health authorities have no live picture of what is emerging where.
What we did
- Built free, confidential symptom screening for patients, reviewed by a qualified clinician.
- Created role-based workspaces for patients, clinicians, community health workers and admins.
- Enabled real-time case management so flagged screenings reach a reviewer quickly.
- Gave admins platform-wide oversight across all 36 states and the FCT.
The outcome
A confidential first step for patients and a live, nationwide view for health authorities — built around earlier detection.
